One quick way out of pain and suffering, is to start asking yourself what you did to create the situation. The minute you do that, you engage power and are on your way to a solution.
Chinese Medicine04/08/2012 Found this great place in Berkeley, http://www.drshen.com, that sells Chinese medicine. It's a store, you walk into and buy things, but can also get some help with an issue, and can set up a consultation for a low fee. It's also a clinic, so they offer acupuncture . . . . What I like about it is that if you have an issue you can drive up to a place, ask some questions, get some herbs, or get more in-depth help. "I am blocked . . ."12/19/2011 I hear this frequently from my clients. What I have discovered in giving psychic readings is that a "block" is a feeling one has when one cannot access an aspect of himself that he feels to be there. In other words, a person will want to do something, but cannot seem to be able to do it. So the person says she is blocked. From the psychic perspective a "block" is unknown territory for a person. It's a quality or a talent they have that they have not consciously experienced and embodied. From the psychic perspective, blocks are very easy to move through. If you know that the reason you feel "blocked" is simply because you do not know something, because you are moving into an area that you've not experienced before, you can move slowly. When you move slowly and with acute awareness, you will start to make the unknown known, the unconscious conscious. If you can get support from a compassionate friend, or some other excellent source, you can slowly come to know this new territory. It will feel "normal" to you. It will become a part of you. Another way of saying it is that you've brought into consciousness a part of your being that you were mostly unconscious about. Having this become a part of "you," you can now move forward with more wholeness, options and freedom. The Anat Baniel Method11/07/2011 I had the privilege to experience the Anat Baniel Method in a workshop this past weekend. The Anat Baniel Method is a modality with several different branches. It addresses our body's ability to express full potential and optimum functionality by working with the brain--the center of physical change. It deals with pain, age-related physical functionality, and dysfunction in infants and children. Through movement the brain is informed, acquires a greater repertoire of possibilities, subsequently utilizing this expanded potentiality across the spectrum of life's demands. What was previously thought impossible, becomes possible. You can read more about the modality in Anat's book, Move Into Life. Experience the method in a free upcoming 2-hour workshop Saturday, December 10, 6-8 p.m. at her Center in San Rafael: 4330 Redwood Highway, Suite 350 San Rafael, CA 94903 800-386-1441 415-472-6622 Depression10/11/2011 For some reason recently a slew of folks have crossed my path one way or another that are depressed. Depression is the lack of expression; suppressed expression. (From an energetic point of view.) The quickest and easiest way to change that energy is to start moving. Depressed people wait to feel better or have a direction in which to move before they start moving. It does not work that way. You have to move first. It does not matter what you do, the important thing is t do it. Once you are moving, you'll get ideas of things to do, directions to go. Decisions you've been wanting to make will become clear. When we start moving, the focus is off feeling miserable. That immediately opens up the energy field to receive all sorts of information that was not available because the person was strongly focused on their unhappiness. Once you start moving, keep moving. Momentum will build. Then keep going. If you know how energy works in the aura, it will be easier to do this. I talk about that in my book, The Workings of Energy in the Human Energy Field: A Psychic's Perspective (https://www.createspace.com/3589890) As soon as you start closing down, move to open up the energy field. If you're feeling lonely, many times the cause of depression, check out Meetup, http://www.meetup.com/ and join people in all kinds of events with all sorts of interests. What Keeps the Aura Clean . . .09/14/2011 are pure thoughts, feelings and intentions. It's how you stay healthy. Joy!07/29/2011 We're all inclined to spend time looking at our problems and "solving" them. The more readings I do, and the more I learn about energy, the more it seems that time better spent would be seeking ways to bring into our life more joy, love, peace, all the abstract higher values and all the constructive earth values. These automatically start to transform the "problems." It's quite truly amazing grace. 1. Start telling the truth to yourself and others. 2. Be on time. 3. Keep your word. This will clear your aura of accumulated junk that makes it hard to think clearly and function effectively. Once you do this, you will have more energy available to make better decisions. Going forward in this way, you can make everything better and better. Who's the Healer & Who's the Healee?02/26/2011 It seems being in Truth, in Oneness together heals the healer and the healee. Something to think about. |
