The Value of Guided Meditations

If you've not experienced guided meditations, you need to give it a try. It's a wonderful way to calm down and either set intentions or do some healing work.

I love my guided meditation Affirmations of Highest Truth. I use it regularly myself. It's short, only about six minutes, but it sets a high vibration. If you listen to it at the beginning of the day, it sets the tone for the day. It takes you out of the world appearances into the world of truth where there is peace, power, possibility.

I also find that it comes to me during the day and instantly establish that same peace.

Highly recommend it!
