![]() Do you feel troubled deep down — and the feeling never goes away? Do you feel something dark inside you that you can’t get rid of, a heaviness that never leaves you, like there is something wrong with you and it’s a deep, dark secret you want no one to know? Do you feel like everyone is out there living life, but you are trapped inside and can’t get out? If so, it may be you have unresolved issues from the past. The purpose of this guided meditation is to help you access those deep places — and heal. This meditation is recommended only for people who are very experienced with self-healing. We will be healing in the human aura, the human energy field. To use this meditation successfully, it is important that you have the understanding that all is energy; our thoughts and feelings create our reality; when we change our thoughts and feelings, we change our aura, and we change our reality; healing is changing our consciousness; changing our consciousness is evolving; evolving is becoming more of our divine selves; time and space are one; when you change things in the present, you change things across all time. You will be guided to identify the feeling of being troubled and led through the healing process. Important to know: -- You may not be able to access deepest information on first listening. Listen as often as needed to go deep. -- Listen with full presence. If you find you can’t listen with full presence, stop. Give it a day or two and listen, again — from the beginning. Do this as many times as you need to until you can listen to the end with full presence. — Come to the meditation with the intention to go as deep as possible trusting that you will heal. — If, at any point, you are unable to access material, just stay with it and wait. Sometimes it takes a while for information to rise to the surface. Listening, another day, you will be able to go deeper. — Make sure you have privacy, plenty of time to listen, and don’t need to go anywhere after listening. The meditation is demanding, but rest assured you will be gently supported throughout the entire process. The calm voice of Angela Ohlfest will guide you along with beautiful Thaddeus’ music.
