Guided Meditations as a Healing Modality
How Healing with Guided Meditations Works
How It All BeganThe first time I saw the human energy field, the human aura was when I started giving psychic readings.
The aura is the energy part of ourselves. Whatever is in the aura, that is our reality, our life, our identity. So, what's in the aura is really important to our health and happiness. If we change our energy, change our aura, we can change our daily life. So, in a psychic reading session I saw how energy operated in the aura; how it related to the person's thoughts and emotions; their physical body; daily life; history; soul self; and how it related to what was outside the person's aura. All these various energies are in constant motion in the aura influencing and effecting each other. The person's problems in the present, originating in childhood are plainly evident as energy. The person's relationship to the divine is also plain to see. If you imagine yourself in a helicopter flying above a city watching the traffic flow -- that's pretty close to what I see when I look at a person's aura. From above, in the helicopter, you could easily see how the traffic would flow better. It's the same when I give psychic readings. In seeing the flow of energy, I can say to the client, if you do this and this, your energy flow would improve, that is, your problem would get better, hopefully go away. I started creating guided meditations as a way to regulate the traffic flow, regulate the energy in the aura. From my perspective, this is very easy to do -- once you understand how energy operates and once you understand what is going on in the person's aura, you can apply the solution. It's the same as with all healing modalities. Each one has a different solution. The medical doctor will give you a pill. A naturopath will suggest a number of things to do to get your life into balance. A therapist will apply their remedy, according to their training. I've come to apply guided meditations as a remedy. It offers healing at the core, where most problems originate. The Beginning of Guided MeditationsOnce I saw how energy operated in the human energy field, I immediately started applying that information in my own life.
Not long after that, I created the guided meditation called Healing Core Energies. Most of my clients' present-life challenges originated in childhood. Those energies needed to be addressed and healed as a way for their present challenge to be resolved. I used Healing Core Energies many, many times as a way to heal my own childhood issues. I found it more effective than any therapy I have ever experienced, except Core Energetics. Since that first healing guided meditation, I have created many other meditations to serve various purposes. Basically, I identify the problem as energy and the guided meditation is designed to address and solve the problem -- on the energy level. Once it's solved on the energy level, it will manifest itself on the material plane, as the problem no longer existing. How Healing with Guided Meditations WorksFirst, you have to understand the nature of reality -- time and space are now. No time. No space.
This means all energies are available in the present. If you change energy at any point, it changes it everywhere. Let's use the example of the guided meditation Healing Core Energies. The way that guided meditation works is by asking you to identify your current problem. Then FEEL how that feels. Feelings are energy. Then remember -- allow images to arise -- as to when you felt that same way the very first time (or any time you remember). You are to identify a specific situation, who was there and what was happening. This is usually about the child being with the parents and the parents not giving the child what they needed. That's usually love, attention, understanding, validation, and so on. This is very painful to relive, but if you can do it, the rewards are tremendous. Once you have clearly established the situation, you begin to change it. You have the parents give the child exactly what they needed. It is this very piece -- the child not getting something critical to their development -- that becomes the problem in later life. In this scenario, the child actually gets what they badly needed. Since we are working with energy, this is very real. It is happening. It is almost impossible for most people to imagine their parents giving them something they never gave, but it can be done. Once you have achieved that, everything changes. The need which was not met in childhood is now, for the first time, met. The person experiences what it feels like to have the need met. This is a huge development. It changes the aura. It opens it up. It moves it from a rigid place where it was stuck for years to an open field. When the child's need is not met, several things happen. The child fixates on the fact that the need was not met and will stay focused trying to get the need met. If the need is met, the child feels their own authentic self, their soul self. The way this works is the child authentically moves to fulfill its needs. When they are met, their authentic self is validated. When they are not met, their authentic self is not validated. If the needs are not met, the child progressively cuts off from his/her authentic self -- focused not on the inside, their own feelings and needs -- but on the outside, struggling to have that need met. In the guided meditation, when the need is met -- the person is automatically able to feel their authentic self. Feel their own being. Feel their own needs, desires, preferences. That is the healing. Separated from our authentic self, we cannot take care of ourselves; we are not able to feel our own true feelings, needs desires. Only in being able to know our truth can we take action on our behalf that is in support of our being. When we can't do that, we are unhappy, dissatisfied and searching for someone or something that will make us feel better. When we are in contact with our authentic self, we are in contact with our power. We are not afraid. We can take action to take care of ourselves and our lives. |
The Best Way to Listen to My Guided MeditationsI've created a variety of guided meditations, some inspirational, some meant to address issues on the conscious level and then there are the deep healing guided meditations.
The deep, core healing guided meditations are challenging. The best way to use them is to listen as far as you can truly stay with the meditation. When you can't do that any longer, stop. Then pick up another day and, again, go as far as you can. Do this until you can go to the very end. Each time you will be able to go further. When you listen to the guided meditation, you are expanding your awareness. Each time you listen, you will see more, perceive more, understand more. Your soul self, once it knows you want to heal, will come in and help. This help comes in the form of illuminations and understandings. You will be listening to the meditation then seemingly out of nowhere you have an insight, an understanding, an a ha moment. That is the healing. So, stay alert to those illuminations. Listen to the guided meditation as many times as is necessary to achieve a healing. Then, listen, again, when something new arises in your life as problematic. Once you have achieved the healing of a "main" energy, other ancillary energies will arise, those related to the main energy. They need to be brought in alignment with the energy that is healed. So, you listen, again, and achieve that alignment, heal that piece. In listening to my guided meditations, keep in mind that you are dealing with many levels of reality. You have your conscious mind, knowledge which is easy accessible. Then there is the subconscious mind -- that which is accessible when you slow down and get quiet and then see what you've not previously seen. Then there is the unconscious mind. That of which you have no awareness at all until you do some deep work. And the level of soul truth and soul perspective. Lastly, the level of universal mind. In knowing that there are all these levels of awareness, as you listen to the guided meditation, give room for them. Have the intention to allow them to emerge, then stay alert to their appearance. So when you are asked a simple question of how do you feel, don't just stay with conscious information, note that, but then try to go deeper and deeper. Access the deepest levels of your being that you can. This applies to all the questions. Also, know that every time you listen things will change. You will access different information, become aware of different material. You will want different things. Different things will become a priority. Whatever arises at the time of listening, go with that. That is the truth of the moment and valuable. I have been listening to my guided meditations for a while and I am always amazed to discover something new, something I was not aware of before that expands my consciousness and adds to my peace and well-being. So, don't expect to be "done," with one listening. There is more to discover. Listen again and as many times as you need as a way to discover deeper level of your being and deeper truths. Healing Is Becoming Your Divine SelfWe call it healing, but what it really is is us giving up our narrow human understanding of things and attaining a larger understanding, a bigger truth.
Our human personality has its human beliefs, ideas, thoughts, feelings based on human perception. Our soul self, our divine self, has a larger view, a higher understanding. Much of the time we suffer because we see things only from our human perspective. Once we see those very same things from the soul perspective, our suffering goes away. My guided meditations are designed to always move you in the direction of perception from your soul self, your divine self where you will find freedom and power. Guided Meditations as a Healing ModalityAny healing modality works (if only for a short time), if a person has an affinity for that modality, if he/she believes in it. It's one of the ways placebos work.
Maybe the modality of a guided meditation will work for you. It's certainly not been promoted as a healing modality, but then, again, I've not seen other guided meditations like the ones I create. If it resonates with you, I highly recommend using guided meditations to help with all aspects of your life. I believe what makes them effective is understanding what you are doing, understanding that you are changing energy. About Peace in the Divine

About Solving Problems
Use this guided meditation to resolve and heal any problem -- big or small. You are especially encouraged to use it for those "little" things that niggle you. You'll be surprised to discover how much impact those little problems have on your entire life -- without you even noticing -- and how relieved you will feel once they are resolved. When you listen, the most obvious information will come forward first. If you stay with it, the deeper material will come to the surface. Trust the process. Sometimes childhood images will arise.
