Feeling Down? Watch Some Comedy!
Sometimes we feel down because we have serious things troubling us and we're feeling under the weight of it all. At those times, it is good to face the problems directly and resolve them in whatever way works best for you.
At other times, we're just not in a good mood, or mildly troubled by some incident. At those times, when it's not a matter of healing deep issues, it's good to simply change the energy and come back to feeling good. There are many healthy ways to do this, go for a walk, see a movie, visit with a friend, listen to some music or: watch some comedy! |
You've often heard: laughter is the best medicine. And it's true from what I have seen working with clients and observing their energy field. If you laugh long enough -- you're breathing pretty hard -- your mind lets go of what it's been churning.
The energy field opens, becomes receptive to ideas and possibilities, healing and illumination. Pretty quickly you have another perspective on everything. Here are just a few comedians that make me laugh. I hope you find them funny, as well :-) |
