I really like this short and succinct video from Jack Canfield explaining the way the Universe guides us every day through all kinds of signs. We just need to become aware of this truth and then start paying attention.
We are not separated from the divine. We are divine. The divine is in us, mixed in with our human personality. So, it makes sense that the presence of the divine would be everywhere -- if we only understand that it's there and look for it.
One of the reasons I am posting this video is because so many of us suffer unnecessarily. We go to doctors, we do unhelpful things to alleviate our pain whether it's emotional or physical when, most of the time, none of it needs to happen. We don't need to suffer. The pain can be lifted if we begin to connect to the All That Is as always present, always communicating with us and always available for guidance.
And, sure, at times, the causes of our issues are difficult to identify and lift, but if we make the effort, we will most likely succeed.
And it's true, sometimes, it is hard to do this, look directly into our pain as a way to find healing, but, in my view, there aren't very many constructive options. We either stop and look and feel the pain of healing or we continue as we are with persistent pain and discomfort. I think taking a big breath, summoning our courage and looking directly into what troubles us and healing it is the way to go. This is especially important if you understand that things, when go unhealed, tend to get worse.
The great fact is the Universe is available for help. It wants us to be healthy, happy and fulfilled. It is available to help. We can always have healing! Of some kind. Maybe not the way we might expect it, but in the end, there will always be peace. And peace is what we all want.
We all need a break during our day to relax, reenergize, rejuvenate and get back to our divine center. I created. It's why I created Refresh Yourself.
About 12 minutes of the guided meditation and then about 10 minutes of just music.
You will have plenty of time to release what's blasting through your mind, calm down your emotions, relax your body and center in your divine self.
Beautiful and refreshing.

Setting Up Digital Downloads with PayPal - Sell Music, eBooks & Other Downloadable Files from Your Own Website
Looking for a way to sell digital products such as music, MOBI & ePub files, documents of any kind, audio books and such -- from your own website? For free? No expensive digital delivery platforms and online stores.
Instead of paying big money to various platforms, you can set this up for free with PayPal and Backblaze B2 Cloud Storage.
You'll be creating an HTML button that you can paste on your website that customers will use to buy and pay and instantly receive their downloads.
This is how you do it.
You'll need a PayPal Business account -- it's how you will be able to create Buttons.
You'll need a place to store your files. A good place to store your files is with Backblaze. Backblaze offers all sorts of things, but the service you would use is their B2 Cloud Storage. (Because that's where you will be able to create links that are downloadable type links.) They offer 10G free! That's a lot of free storage.
Most importantly, with Backblaze B2 Cloud Storage your download location will not be revealed, so the customer will not be able to download multiple times or share the link with others.
So, you upload your files to B2 Cloud Storage.
Then you go PayPal and create a Buy Now Button. You'll be entering the name of the product and price, etc. Then there is an inventory page. Then another page after that. That's the page you want.
On that page you can set up what action PayPal performs once your customer pays for the file, to go back to your website or go to another URL, another page . . . .
Once you're there, go back to B2 Cloud Storage and copy the link for the file for which you are creating the Buy Now Button.
Then back to PayPal. You enter the product link in PayPal in that section of what you want PayPal to do once the customer pays -- either go back to your website, or to another location. The other location would be Backblaze where your file is stored and from where customers will download.
You save your PayPal Button info. And you will be given the Button HTML code.
You copy the HTML code. Then go to your website and paste it. And you will see the Buy Now button.
When customers come to your website, they'll purchase by pressing the PayPal Buy Now button. They'll pay. The minute they're done paying, the download will begin immediately and automatically.
That's it, you're done.
