I created this guided meditation because I needed something to remind me of higher truths every day and something to remind me to set highest intentions for the day.

It's amazing what happens when we remember highest truths and when we consciously intend constructive action, harmony, love, peace and all the other high vibrations that are God energy. Our days begin to change and become more and more wonderful.

Listening regularly makes all the difference.

In giving psychic readings it's become clear there are basic needs that we all have: to socialize, exercise, and eat healthfully.

If those basic needs are not met, we don't feel good and then we start to think that there is something seriously wrong with us. And we set off on a path digging down deep, to discover what exactly is wrong with us, why we feel down, why we don't have much energy, why we are not inspired to do the things we want to do.

Being out of balance gives us a false indication of the what is reality for us. When our basic needs are met, we have an accurate reading on our well being.

So don't underestimate these basic life elements, the need to socialize and have fun, get the right amount and the right kind of exercise for you, eat in a way that works for your body. You'd be amazed by how much better you will feel and how much brighter everything will appear.

Even though I've been giving psychic readings for a while I am still amazed at the way a session can go "wrong."  And it's always for the exact same reason: the person was looking for a different kind of psychic.

I specialize in bringing people to the awareness of their divine self. Whatever is in the way is the work we do together.

Those images of old-time psychics with crystal balls and fortune telling and predictions . . . that's definitely not me.

First of all with predictions . . . because of free will this is just not possible on a regular basis. Sometimes the energy of a certain direction is so strong that, yes, you could say that the likelihood of things going in that direction are close to 100%. But it's never a certainty. Again, because of free will, at any point anyone can change their mind and head off in another direction.

I am incredulous the way someone comes in with those other expectations and the way they are unable to understand a single world I am telling them! That, folks, is talking two very different realities with no common ground!

In that situation, the person finds my information pretty much useless. Though, who knows, there is a possibility when they're further down the line in their growth, something I said will trigger openings. Interestingly enough, for me, those sessions are absolutely exhausting, and really I prefer they never happen.

Everywhere on my website I explain how I work, I suggest people read The Psychic Reading section of my website before making an appointment, but once in a great while, and thank God it's only once in a great while, someone does not do that and I end up in a session that's outright miserable for me, and not great for the client.

I guess the reality is that every profession has these sorts of incidences and I very rarely have such cases, but nevertheless, it's like having ice-cold water thrown in my face this reality of living in the same world with such dramatically different world views as to have no bridge between them. Wow! Makes me appreciate the fact that things on the planet are working as smoothly as they are :-)
