So much is made of depression in our society today. Sometimes the solutions are simple: breathe more, i.e., exercise, movement . . . the oxygen to the brain changes how you feel and how you see things.
Also, from readings I see that depression comes from suppression, suppressing all the impulses to unfold, to pursue interests, to go places, do things . . . believing you should be doing something else, instead.
Unfolding our talents, gifts, abilities, interests . . . flows soul energy through our being, healing us, invigorating us. So, don't hold back, move towards that which interests you and soon all sorts of opportunities will open up for you.
