One day I was totally revved up, excited to be creating and had to slow down. Going too fast, even if it's because of excitement, the body interprets as stress; it's an energy drain. So, I had to slow down. The words in this guided meditation came to me. As they did, I progressively slowed down myself.
I wrote them out and it became this meditation. Even in audio editing, I find it magical. Somehow the words are just right to slow down and feel a kind of delicious peace.
