Wanting Too Little

You've often heard people say, "I'm not asking for too much, just . . . " and that's exactly why it's difficult for them to get what they're asking for: they're not asking for enough.

In giving psychic readings I see how energy works. Thoughts are energy. The more solid the thought, the harder it is for our divine aspect, our soul aspect to come in with suggestions for us, which are better than what our human ideas could come up with.

When we're frustrated, unable to get what we want, we're inclined to default to asking for the very smallest thing we could get thinking if we don't ask for too much, we might actually get it. We become children asking from our parents or adults, trying to get something to meet our needs.  (That's another topic: God in the image of our punitive parent.) But energy, the divine, does not work that way.

The divine always wants highest expression of fullest potential.


What I find in giving psychic readings is that the reason most people cannot get what they want is because they are not open enough to receive. Their limited thinking blocks what's possible for them.

The easiest way to create anything is to ask for way beyond what you think is possible for you. This very open, receptive stance gives the divine the most freedom to present to you with the very best of what you want.

So open yourself up to the biggest, most wonderful, most fulfilling experience for your life. It will be much easier to create when you stop controlling how much you can receive through fear of not getting anything at all.
