It's sort of in the air that it's good for you to write in your journal daily. Or from other traditions . . . it's good to mediate daily . . . or have your quiet time and so on. And I highly recommend this.
If we spend some time reflecting on our life, what troubles us, what we would like to create, whatever is going on with us, we give ourselves the opportunity to heal through reflection and silence, find solutions to things that bother us, set intentions to create things that are important to us, and so o. All in all we give ourselves time to heal and time to make our life better.
In psychic reading sessions with clients I see that most people would benefit greatly simply through having some time alone in which to reflect, write, read uplifting spiritual books, listen to some guided meditations, etc. Many things that becoming troubling over time can easily be taken care of in this quiet time, this small spiritual practice. I little of this kind of time goes a long way for health on every level.
